Repeat Prescriptions

multicolour_pillsIf your doctor has agreed for your medication to be on a repeat prescription basis you can order in a number of ways:

  • In person - hand the right hand side of your prescription slip in to reception having clearly marked the items required. If you do not have the slip forms are provided in the porch at the surgery.
  • Online - follow the link at the top of this page to complete a simple registration.

For your convenience, and at your request, prescriptions can be forwarded to those pharmacies listed on the prescription request form or on the right hand side of your prescription.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

48_hoursPlease allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
